Ray Frost - Senior Partner
 Ray was admitted to practice in 1974. He is currently the Chairperson of the Probate Committee of the Law Society of South Australia.
He is the South Australian Editor of the text book “Family Provision in Australia and New Zealand”.
He regularly lectures at the post-graduate course for legal graduates GDLP and gives talks and other presentations to legal practitioners in the Continuing Legal Education Program Professional Development run from time to time by the South Australian Law Society.
Ray’s main area of practice is in Wills, Estate Administration and Estate Litigation, but he also has wide experience in Family Law property disputes.

Pam McEwin - Partner
 Pam McEwin was admitted to practice in 1982. After completing her Articles at Alderman Lee & Wilson, Pam joined Treloar & Treloar in 1984.
Pam has over 25 years experience in Will preparation, Probate and Estate Administration and Estate Litigation. She also prepares Enduring Powers of Attorney and Enduring Powers of Guardianship documents.
Pam regularly lectures at the Diploma of Practical Legal Training course for legal graduates. She has delivered papers to the members of Law Society Country Lawyers Conference and has participated in continuing Legal Education to the Law Society Practitioners.
In 2003 Pam was appointed a Notary Public.

Gaetano Aiello - Partner
 Gaetano joined the firm of Treloar & Treloar in 1990 and was admitted as a partner in 1997.
He has lectured to students at the Flinders University Graduate Legal Training Course and The Law Society GDLP course in the area of Wills and Estate Planning. He is widely experienced in deceased Estate Administration, Trusts, Wills and Estate Litigation.
Gaetano has delivered papers at the annual succession Law Conference sponsored by the Law Society.

Penny Edwards - Solicitor
 Penny was admitted to practice in 1977. She commenced employment with Treloar & Treloar on a part time basis from 1989 to 1991 and later joined the firm of Treloar & Treloar on a full time basis in 1991.
She is extensively involved in drawing Wills and in Estate Administration. Penny undertakes conveyancing work.

Vanessa Paunkov - Solicitor
 Vanessa was admitted to practice in 2003 and joined Treloar & Treloar in 2005.
Vanessa practices in Contested Estates, claims pursuant to the Inheritance (Family Provision) Act, Wills, Probate and Estate Administration.
Vanessa also has a Bachelor of Science in Pharmacology which enables her to grasp medical concepts. Due to this additional qualification, Vanessa is able to understand many medical illnesses suffered by individuals including those related to mental capacity and drug administration.
