Medical Powers of Attorney
A Medical Power of Attorney is a document in which a person known as the “donor” appoints another to make decisions concerning medical issues in the event that the donor loses their mental capacity.
Generally we would recommend an Enduring Power of Guardianship over a medical Power of Attorney, but in some circumstances a Medical Power of Attorney may be right for you.
